Real estate entrepreneur and deal architect behind REJ Investments. Jordan leads acquisitions, investor relations, and overall portfolio strategy — with a focus on identifying undervalued coastal opportunities and unlocking value through California's development framework.

Lucas Bernard
COO

Lucas leads deal sourcing and lead generation, supports investor relations alongside Jordan, and brings deep expertise navigating city departments and the permitting process. He runs day-to-day operations across active projects, keeping builds on schedule and on budget.
